Hop Movie Review

I am always a sucker for a good holiday themed movie, and there aren't many out there that explore the grand mythology that surrounds the Easter Bunny. Hop definitely satisfies that craving for a fun Easter-themed movie, and at the center of this candy coated family comedy, is a sweet message about making your dreams come true. The story tells a real win-win kind of tale. Not only that, but the film also portrays a sibling relationship that is actually positive and supportive -- imagine that!As far as content goes, Hop contains some potty humor (if you've seen the trailer, you know the gist of it) and a few rude words like "jerk" and "idiot." A scene where E.B. tries to get into the Playboy mansion where the "bunnies" stay will go over young kids' heads, but older kids may ask about if they don't get the reference. The movie also contains a little bit of slapstick violence and perilous situations that may be briefly frightening for very young kiddos.
